Terms & Conditions — kkbdt Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and kkbdt (hereinafter referred to as "kkbdt", "we", "us", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of all services, products, features, and content made available through the website located at kkbdt.app and any related mobile-optimised interfaces.

By accessing the kkbdt platform, completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any service offered by kkbdt, you conclusively confirm that: (a) you have read these Terms in full; (b) you understand all obligations, restrictions, and rights they contain; (c) you agree to be legally bound by them without reservation; and (d) you satisfy all eligibility requirements described in Section 2 of this Agreement.

kkbdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective upon publication on this page. The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact support at [email protected] to request account closure.

These Terms should be read alongside kkbdt's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and kkbdt and are incorporated herein by reference.

Access to and use of the kkbdt platform is strictly restricted. By registering an account or using any kkbdt service, you represent and warrant that you meet ALL of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age. kkbdt operates as an 18+ only platform without exception. Players who are under 18 years of age are absolutely prohibited from registering, depositing, or wagering on kkbdt under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of kkbdt is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously had an account closed, suspended, or terminated by kkbdt for a violation of these Terms, and you are not subject to any active self-exclusion on this platform.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of kkbdt or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment service partners.

kkbdt operates its platform with a primary focus on the Bangladesh market. Players accessing the platform from within Bangladesh must ensure that their use of the platform is consistent with applicable Bangladeshi laws and regulations. kkbdt makes no representation that its services are lawful in any specific jurisdiction outside of its intended operating territory. Players outside Bangladesh access the platform entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility.

To access betting, casino, and gaming services on kkbdt, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration form. You are strictly prohibited from providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) account on kkbdt at any time. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals. If you discover that you have accidentally created a duplicate account, you must contact [email protected] immediately to have the duplicate closed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. kkbdt will never ask you for your full password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify kkbdt support immediately.

kkbdt reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any account registration at its sole discretion, including where kkbdt has reasonable grounds to believe that the registration information provided is inaccurate, that the applicant does not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 2, or that the registration is being made for fraudulent or abusive purposes.

All financial transactions on kkbdt are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). kkbdt supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa (cards issued by Bangladeshi banks), and Mastercard (cards issued by Bangladeshi banks). Supported Bangladeshi bank issuers include Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank, among others.

The minimum deposit amount across all supported mobile payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳500. The minimum deposit via Visa or Mastercard is ৳1,000. kkbdt does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — kkbdt is not responsible for third-party payment provider charges.

Withdrawals are subject to the completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by kkbdt's payments team during operational hours. Standard processing times are as follows:

• bKash and Nagad: Typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours of approval during operational hours.
• Rocket and Upay: Typically processed within 2 to 6 hours of approval during operational hours.
• Visa and Mastercard: Typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, subject to the issuing bank's processing timeline.

Withdrawals will only be processed back to the same payment method and account used to make the corresponding deposit, except where kkbdt's payments team determines an alternative method is required due to technical constraints. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and fraudulent withdrawal activity. kkbdt reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal it deems high-risk or unusual in pattern.

kkbdt reserves the right to impose deposit limits, withdrawal limits, or transaction frequency limits on any account at any time, including for responsible gaming purposes (see kkbdt's Responsible Gaming page), fraud prevention purposes, or regulatory compliance purposes. Any such limits will be communicated to the affected account holder via their registered contact details.

All bets and wagers placed on kkbdt are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product (sports betting, live casino, slots, Bird Catcher, or Entertainment games). These product-specific rules are published within each product section of the platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a product-specific rule, the product-specific rule shall apply to the extent of the conflict in relation to that specific product.

Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the kkbdt system, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn by the player. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details — including the selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming placement. kkbdt accepts no responsibility for bets placed in error by the player.

kkbdt reserves the right to void any bet, in whole or in part, in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed on an event whose outcome was known at the time of placement (post-event betting).
• The odds offered on the bet were materially incorrect due to a pricing error or technical fault.
• The event to which the bet relates is cancelled, abandoned, or materially altered after bet placement.
• kkbdt has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed in connection with match-fixing, insider information, or coordinated betting abuse.
• The bet was placed by an ineligible player (e.g., a player under 18 or a self-excluded account).

Slot game outcomes and all RNG (Random Number Generator) casino game results are determined by certified random number generation systems. Return-to-Player (RTP) figures for all slot and RNG titles are published within the individual game information panels. kkbdt does not manipulate or override RNG outcomes. Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical events occurring in the studio environment (card draws, roulette wheel spins) and are streamed in real time.

kkbdt's cricket betting section covers Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), ICC T20 World Cup, IPL, and international fixtures involving the Bangladesh Tigers. All cricket betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result issued by the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC, BCCI). In the event of a match being interrupted, suspended, or abandoned, markets will be settled in accordance with the published cricket betting rules specific to that competition type.

kkbdt may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published alongside each individual promotion at the time the offer is made available. By opting into any kkbdt promotion, you confirm that you have read and accepted the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms.

General principles applicable to all kkbdt bonuses and promotions include:

• One bonus per player: Each promotion is available to one eligible account per player, per household address, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times using different accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn as cash.
• Expiry: All bonus funds and free bets carry an expiry date. Any bonus balance not wagered within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically without notice.
• Game restrictions: Certain games may contribute at reduced rates or not at all toward bonus wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• kkbdt's discretion: kkbdt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. kkbdt also reserves the right to withhold or reverse any bonus credited in error or obtained through abusive behaviour.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kkbdt platform. Any account found engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and — where applicable — referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering or maintaining more than one account on kkbdt.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Using another person's payment method, identity documents, or account credentials without their explicit consent.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, fraud, or money laundering through the kkbdt platform.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the kkbdt platform's software, systems, or databases.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or third-party software to place bets, interact with the platform, or exploit any technical vulnerability.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corrupt wagering activity on kkbdt's sports betting markets.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, money passing, or fund transfer between player accounts on the platform.
• Using the kkbdt platform as a conduit for transferring funds between individuals regardless of whether bets are placed in good faith.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing kkbdt support staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access kkbdt while subject to a self-exclusion restriction, whether originating on kkbdt or imposed by the player themselves.

kkbdt's fraud detection and game integrity teams monitor platform activity continuously. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may be placed under temporary review during which withdrawals are suspended. kkbdt will communicate the reason for any review to the account holder via their registered contact details within a reasonable timeframe.

You may request closure of your kkbdt account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Prior to processing a closure request, kkbdt will settle all open bets and, where no outstanding issues exist, arrange for any withdrawable balance to be returned to your registered payment method after completion of any applicable KYC checks.

kkbdt reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time and at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Reasonable suspicion of match-fixing or corrupt wagering activity.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login or transaction activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant. Dormant account holders will be notified by email prior to any administrative closure.
• Legal, regulatory, or technical requirements that necessitate the suspension or closure of specific accounts or categories of accounts.

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access all kkbdt services ceases immediately. You may not re-register on the platform without the express written consent of kkbdt. kkbdt's obligations to you under any ongoing promotional or bonus arrangement are extinguished upon account termination where the termination is initiated by kkbdt due to a breach of these Terms.
